Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Customer Relationship Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business relationships, handling finance-related tasks, communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and sales-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation
• Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Customer service experience with a customer-centric approach
• Exceptional sales skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the education or attestation industry is a plus
